Top Telepests

Unfortunately, it seems that a significant number of this site's users are unable to read properly or understand simple concepts. If that doesn't apply to you, then please accept our apologies for such an unwarranted slur on your intelligence. However, the fact that it does apply to some people means that the following, unfortunately, needs to be said:

We can't stop you getting unsolicited calls

It's no good asking us to stop people calling you. All that does is help you identify unwanted callers. One thing that can help a bit in this respect is the Do Not Call Register, although that only stops the reputable callers - and far too many of those listed here are not reputable.

We won't remove business numbers from the database.

Business or organisational numbers are never removed from the database. Instead, we provide the facility for you to update the number to "non-pest" status. Use the report form on the number's page to have it flagged as one which isn't responsible for unsolicited calls. That way, not only do you get the benefit of not being classed as a telepest, but people searching for your number on the Internet will be able to see that it's not a pest.

The mere fact that a business number is listed on this site does not constitute libel or any kind of invasion of privacy. If you are a legitimate business that does not engage in cold-calling then that fact can be reflected in the entry for your organisation, something which acts as a positive advertisement for you by contrast to the other businesses listed. On the other hand, if you do engage in cold-calling, especially if you don't respect the DNCR, then you deserve all the opprobrium that is heaped on you by users of this site.

Residential Numbers

If your private residential or mobile phone number is wrongly listed as a telepest, then please submit a Removal request form. does not knowingly list private numbers and will remove these as soon as is practical after receiving a removal request.

If, after reading all that, you still want to send an email, you can do so at 'info{at}' (making the obvious substitution to turn that into a valid email address).
